The problem

Restaurant staff were dealing with billing, kitchen and inventory pain points on the ground, and punching in orders took too many steps.

What I did

  • Scoped features from on-ground billing, kitchen and inventory pain points.
  • Owned cart, order lifecycle, KOT, payments and table management end to end.
  • Cut billing-flow steps to reduce order-punching time.
